Makeover Day at Emery Secondary School

A big thanks to Clif Bar Company for providing 200 volunteers and Rebuilding Together for organizing a huge make over day at Emery Secondary School. Walls and doors were painted, lockers were cleaned and furniture were donated and built. The event took the entire day and included lunch from food trucks paid for by Clif Bar!

Phat Beets Delivery!

Thank you Phat Beets for delivering fresh, organic and local produce to our schools!

As part of the program for Promoting Food Security, both Anna Yates Elementary School and Emery Secondary School have been receiving weekly shipments of fruits and vegetables.  This program, funded by the Center of Ecoliteracy, helps develop more involvement with locally grown, fresh food.
