Toy Story 3 Screening Pixar Benefit Details
We are pleased that you will be joining us for this wonderful event on Thursday, May 27, 2010 6:00 pm at Pixar Animation Studios, 1200 Park Avenue in Emeryville.
The Emery Ed Fund will not be issuing printed tickets for this event. Instead, your name and/or the names of your guests will be on a list at Pixar’s front gate. Please let us know of any changes no later than by 5:00 pm Friday, May 21. Only those on the list will be admitted onto Pixar grounds.
Please do not bring cell phones or recording devices of any type into the building. The Pixar gate and front doors open at 6:00 pm so please arrive with plenty of time to park and register, no early or late arrivals. Once admitted, stop at the check-in table and receive a Pixar nametag. You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

The Evening starts at 6:00 p.m. with wine and hors d’oeuvres reception and Silent Auction featuring many one-of-a-kind “Toy Story 3” and Pixar collectibles. Seating for this exclusive event in Pixar’s digital theater is limited to 235 and to persons 16 years of age and older. We expect the event to end near 9:30 pm.
Guided tours will be available at 6pm and 6:30pm. These are the ONLY times a guide will be with the group to give a tour through the studios.
No photography will be allowed upstairs. Security will be aware of this and posted upstairs so please, don’t do it!

- We suggest you try to find street parking first as the Pixar lot will still be pretty full with employee cars.
- Remember, this event is limited to persons 16 years and older
